Grab your besties and a bottle of wine ( or T2 tea provided) for this fun workshop. Listen to a bit of the BeeGees and Stevie Nicks as we learn the gentle and slow process of hand-building with clay. I will guide you through the steps of working with clay and learning some basic skills to make your own handmade mug.. You will make one mug which will be left here to dry slowly. I will then bisque fire, then glaze in a white glaze and then fire again. Pick up your mug in 4-5 weeks. Class duration is roughly 2 hours. This will depend on the design you choose, your skill level and speed. I never rush anyone- so take your time and enjoy the process. What to bring: BYO nibbles and sips. Glasses are provided. Firing Fees: All materials and firing fees are included. Pottery Breakage Clay is a fickle medium- I take great care in looking after all students pieces- but the nature of Pottery is that it can break for many reasons. No refunds are provided in the unfortunate event that your pottery breaks or cracks in the kiln. Pottery is a very delicate process. Refunds Please note that by purchasing this ticket you are securing a spot at an event that is usually booked out. I do not refund for cancellations. I will only refund in the event of a Covid Lockdown. If you cannot make it- you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend.
